The practice employs various full-time and part-time staff, all of whom are able to help with a variety of enquiries.
Please remember that everyone working at the practice treats all patient information in the strictest confidence. Sometimes our reception staff need a little more information from a patient to help the doctors and nurses

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses.
Secretaries provide adminstrative support to the GP's and nursing team - processing referrals to secondary care, typing letters to patients, liaising between patients and GP's, and between patients and hospitals. They take general enquiries and test result enquiries from patients (between 2.30pm - 4.30pm daily). They also deal with all claim forms, insurance forms, sick note requests.
